We're seeking local, experienced, mature, professional, and independent individuals to work as dog walkers and pet sitters.

Additionally, we give you the flexibility to accommodate your schedule! This contract work will vary depending on our needs and your availability.

The deal candidate has the following attributes:

* A true pet lover
* Some pet care experience
* 21 or over
* Reliable and mature
* Comfortable handling all sizes and types of pets
* Flexible and can adapt to a changing schedule/route size
* Solid work history, references, and an ability to pass a background check
* Willing to work in all weather conditions
* Good problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and a very strong work ethic
* Great attention to detail and the ability to follow very specific instructions and directions
* Able to use good judgment in personal safety and in pet and home care
* Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable transportation
* Willingness to travel to: Monterey, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Marina, and some parts of Carmel and Salinas
* Available to commit to at least three months

We are looking for trustworthy individuals who would love to have daily interaction with pets and who could be available up to seven days per week, including holidays. A visit could include a combination of the following activities: providing walks, supplying feedings, administering medications, offering fresh water, cleaning bowls, picking up after pets, cleaning litter boxes, brushing, giving hugs, etc. The pet stays in the comfort and security of its own home and we visit them there.
