If your home is not found on Google Maps or GPS OR is tricky to get to, please provide driving directions.

On a rare occasion, we may need the assistance of a friend, family member or neighbor, in case you are not reachable. Please provide the name, phone number, address (for a neighbor) and whether they have a key to your residence. One is nice, two is better.
